Turn Around Time & Policies
-Current TAT for hand strung silver pieces: 2–3 weeks
(Each piece is handcrafted and may require additional time depending on availability and workload.)
- Ready-to-ship items: Ship within 3–5 business days. (Monday-Thursday; 10am-4pm)
-Permanent Jewelry:
All chains + charms are applied in person at events only.
-Custom Orders:
TAT varies by design and stone availability. You’ll receive an estimated timeframe before payment is made.
*A deposit of 25% of total item price will be due at the time of order. Deposit will go to total item price.*
Note:
Handcrafted jewelry may have natural variations in stones, texture, and finish. These are part of the beauty of handmade silver and are not considered defects!
Refunds & Returns:
* Due to the handmade and customized nature of my pieces, all sales are final.
* I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
* For permanent jewelry: No refunds once the chain is cut — it is personalized to your size and belongs to you.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist.
To keep your permanent jewelry looking beautiful:
* Avoid harsh chemicals, including cleaning products, pool chlorine, and strong lotions or perfumes.
* Gently clean your piece with mild soap and water or a soft jewelry cloth.
* If your bracelet gets caught or snagged, do not yank—this can stress the chain.
* Your jewelry is water-safe, but harsh environments may dull the finish over time.
* If the chain ever feels loose or twisted, contact me for an adjustment.
Permanent Jewelry Policy Guarantee:
-I stand behind the quality of every piece I weld. Free rewelds for breaks at the jump ring.
-Guaranteed against weld defects for 30 days
- No refunds once the chain is cut
-Guarantee does not cover breakage caused by pulling, snagging, pets, children, gym equipment, or general wear

Shipping Policy:
* We do our best to ship items within 24 hours of the item being purchased, but please note all items have different TAT times.
* Once items are shipped, I am not responsible for postal delays, lost packages, or damage in transit.
* Tracking will be provided for all parcels.
* If your package is lost, you may file a claim directly with USPS.
